Refund Policy
Operator: Hollerivo LLC formation pending; this is the existing one-time supporter offer, not a Pro subscription.
Effective October 23, 2026Hollerivo Original Crew is a one-time $19 purchase supporting an outdoor community in development. It is not a recurring subscription. The full social network is not available yet, and this purchase does not include lifetime Pro access or a guaranteed launch date.
30-day refund request window
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date, for any reason. Email Caventragrowthpartners@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and include your Stripe receipt or purchase date so we can locate your payment. Do not email full payment-card numbers.
We will review your request and, when eligible, process the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. The time the credit appears depends on your bank or card issuer. If we need more information to locate the purchase, we'll email you.
After 30 days, email us if you have a concern; we will review the circumstances, and any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law still apply. This policy does not limit statutory consumer protections.
