Request deletion of a Hollerivo account

The beta provides an in-account deletion request form for signed-in users, but account deletion is still performed manually after verification. To request deletion, email caventragrowthpartners@gmail.com from the email used for your account with the subject “Hollerivo account deletion request.” Do not include your password or other secrets. We may request a reasonable verification of account ownership.

What the request covers

We will review deletion of authentication identity and associated profile, public posts and photographs, comments, follows, club memberships, meetup records and other account-linked information, subject to legitimate legal retention obligations. Support must review applicable database relationships, uploaded images, backups and reports and provide status/confirmation. Deletion processing and retention times are not yet automated or independently tested. You may also ask for a copy of your account data where applicable.

Data kept on your own device

Private local journal entries, scouting waypoints, some saved trips and research records may exist only in your browser. Export any data you wish to keep and use browser site-data controls to clear it. Deleting the cloud account will not automatically remove all browser-local files on all devices.

Purchases

Purchases and accounting records may be retained as legally required. If recurring subscriptions become available later, a separate cancellation process must prevent unwanted charges; deleting an account alone should not be assumed to cancel external billing.

Required before App Store launch: build and test an in-app account-deletion initiation flow, complete back-end deletion and image cleanup, and log completion. This page alone does not satisfy every platform or legal requirement.
