Public meetups are intended for participants and organizers aged 18+. Hollerivo has not yet deployed verified age/identity checks. Do not assume other participants are verified, insured or qualified.
Before meeting
- Arrange a first meeting at an established public location; avoid sharing a home address or private coordinates.
- Tell a trusted person the plan and expected return time; bring communication and emergency gear.
- Verify the organizer's identity independently and check reviews and credentials where available.
- Confirm trip difficulty, weather, access rules, hunting permits, firearm handling expectations, water hazards, and emergency plans.
- Do not pay anyone you have not vetted; use secure, documented payment methods.
Organizer responsibilities
Give accurate dates, general meeting regions, activity type, skill requirements, costs and risks. Have consent for photos of others. Do not guarantee legal access or safety; respect landowners, seasons and posted restrictions. Outfitter/guide licensing, insurance and legal requirements are the organizer's responsibility.
Reporting
Use the site's Report option or email support. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately. Hollerivo does not dispatch responders or conduct background checks.
Risk acknowledgement
Hunting, boating, wilderness travel, severe weather and group activities can lead to injury, property loss or death. Exercise independent judgment. A legally reviewed participant waiver and appropriate liability insurance may be needed for company-organized events; this page is not a substitute.
