1. The service and acceptance

Hollerivo is an evolving outdoor community and research website offering public posts, profiles, clubs, meetups, planning tools, destination listings, and hunting/fishing information. By creating an account or using interactive services, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content. These draft terms should be legally reviewed before enforcement; technical acceptance logging is not yet implemented.

2. Age and accounts

Interactive accounts and public meetups are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not register if under 18. Account holders must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. No identity or background verification is currently provided. This age rule must be enforced by the signup flow before broad launch.

3. Public content and your license

You retain ownership of material you post and represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. By publishing, you grant Hollerivo a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, and distribute that material only for operating and promoting the Hollerivo service, subject to applicable law. Public posts and photos can be seen, saved, or copied by others. Do not upload material revealing another person's private details, confidential hunt spots, or copyrighted works without rights. You may request removal; backup and legal retention exceptions may apply.

4. Permitted use

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, scam, impersonate others, post illegal content, organize illegal hunting or wildlife sales, trespass, disclose sensitive locations or third-party contact details, bypass access controls, scrape the service abusively, or facilitate unlawful weapons transactions. Meetups and organizer postings must follow the Meetup Safety Policy. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect people and the platform, subject to applicable law.

5. Outdoor information is research, not authorization

Map boundaries, historical draw odds, Forest Service roads, wildlife descriptions, permits, events and business listings can be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Public-land status does not grant hunting, camping, fishing, vehicle access, or trespass permission. Independently consult the managing agency's current regulations, legal land boundaries, permits, closures, safety alerts, and posted signs. Hollerivo is not a substitute for licensed guides, emergency services, a land survey, or offline navigation. Some sources are labeled as illustrative or research leads.

6. User meetups, outfitters, and third parties

Hollerivo is a listing and connection platform, not the organizer or guarantor of user-created events, trips, guides, cabins, bookings, or safety. Participants and organizers are responsible for conducting lawful activities and their own safety checks. We do not verify identities, outfitters' licenses, insurance, background checks, event status, or reservations unless explicitly and accurately identified as verified. External sites have independent terms and privacy policies.

7. Free services and paid offers

Free features are currently available during beta. The optional $19 Original Hollerivo Crew offer is a one-time support purchase, not a recurring subscription and not a guarantee of Pro access. The proposed $9.99/month and $79/year Pro prices are previews only; no Pro subscriptions are currently available. If paid subscriptions launch, the applicable checkout terms will disclose price, billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation methods, benefits, taxes and refund rules before purchase. 8. Privacy, account closing, service changes

See the Privacy Notice and Account Deletion page. Beta features may change or become unavailable; saved local-device data may be lost. We recommend exporting your own backups. We may suspend content or accounts for misconduct and may discontinue services, with notice where appropriate.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hollerivo is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of continuous access or error-free research data. Outdoor activities involve serious hazards including weather, firearms, wildlife, navigation, water and terrain. You remain responsible for your decisions, required permissions and legal compliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Disputes and governing law

Please contact support first to seek an informal resolution. Applicable law, consumer protections, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions should be determined by qualified legal counsel based on Hollerivo's actual place of formation and where users live. No arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by this draft.

11. Updates

Material changes should be announced before taking effect. Members should be offered an opportunity to review updated terms. This draft is not yet accompanied by a versioned acceptance-record system.
